I think there's a bit of truth regarding the album delay. Clearly he doesn't need the cash but what he craves is a number 1, wait a Christmas number 1,no wait he can claim a number 1 album in every decade since the 60's to go alongside the accolade of having a number 1 single as solo, duo, trio, quartet and a quintet.
